Beginning his career as a researcher at ABC News and on-air reporter for Long Island News
Tonight in the 1990s, Bartley developed a keen understanding of how to communicate complex
issues to diverse audiences. This foundation in journalism would later prove invaluable in
helping organizations navigate sensitive conversations about inclusion and change.
As Chief Diversity Officer at Moody's, Bartley led the company's strategic acceleration of DEI as a business imperative, helping drive the organization's most profitable year and entrance into the Fortune 500. His work has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, USA Today, Diversity Inc,
Savoy, and Fintech Magazine.
Previously, as Senior Vice President & Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Dentsu International,
Bartley managed talent solutions for global clients including Microsoft, American Express,
Proctor & Gamble, and Mastercard. His innovative approach to talent acquisition led to
groundbreaking successes, including the strategic hiring of over 400 diverse advertising
professionals for Microsoft, resulting in significant multicultural revenue growth.
Bartley currently serves as an Independent Corporate Board Director for Mogulai.com
